Job summary

Roadie is seeking a driven technical writer to create and refine CX content that matches Roadie’s voice and style, ensuring clarity and consistency across all customer-facing materials. You will partner with Product, Marketing and Legal to keep resources accurate, optimize the knowledge base search experience, and provide regular updates to leadership on performance.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in English or communications, 2+ years of technical writing, and experience with

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, or related field and 2+ years of technical writing experience.
Experience with Salesforce and content management systems, strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to convey technical concepts to nontechnical audiences and work independently.

Responsibilities

Create and refine CX content aligned with Roadie’s voice and style, ensuring clarity and consistency.
Partner with Product, Marketing, and Legal to maintain accurate, up-to-date resources and messaging.
Optimize knowledge base search experience and provide regular updates to leadership on performance.
