Roadie is seeking a driven technical writer to create and refine CX content that matches Roadie’s voice and style, ensuring clarity and consistency across all customer-facing materials. You will partner with Product, Marketing and Legal to keep resources accurate, optimize the knowledge base search experience, and provide regular updates to leadership on performance.

• Experience with Salesforce and content management systems, strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to convey technical concepts to nontechnical audiences and work independently.
