Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer experience analytics or process improvement.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Strong English writing and speaking skills; excellent presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to identify patterns, trends and insights for clients.
• Create insight summaries, visualizations, and recommendations for stakeholders.
