Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Director to lead CX Advanced Analytics & AI Technical Suite Lead. You will guide the analytics strategy, manage a global team, and drive the roadmap for predictive algorithms, performance optimization, and insights platforms.

The role requires strong leadership, deep analytics expertise, and the ability to collaborate across CX, data, and business partners to deliver trusted, scalable analytics solutions and measurable impact across brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field; 10+ years in data analytics/enterprise platforms.
• 5+ years leading analytics/AI product teams or platforms.
• Experience with Power BI, data modeling, and governance in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Set and drive the technical direction for CX predictive algorithms and analytics suites.
• Lead global teams including developers and vendor partners; manage budgets and resources.
• Collaborate with CX analytics, performance analytics, and enterprise leaders to align roadmaps.
• Ensure scalable, secure, compliant analytics solutions and governance across brands.
• Oversee architecture decisions, data contracts, and KPI frameworks for executive reporting.
