Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Global Capability Owner, CX Predictive Algorithms, to lead AI-driven analytics across the enterprise. You will partner with Tech Leads, Activation Leads, and stakeholders to deliver scalable predictive models that drive personalized engagements and business impact.

The role requires 8+ years in pharma or regulated industries, experience in digital product management, and strong collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, marketing, science, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries.
• Experience in digital product management and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with predictive modeling and AI-driven platforms.
• Experience working in Agile product development and product operating models, plus familiarity with JIRA/Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Predictive Algorithms roadmap with prioritization and trade-offs to maximize value.
• Define capability vision and outcomes aligned to global priorities with stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, and success metrics.
• Develop a global roadmap for predictive modeling and AI-driven recommendations (e.g., patient prediction, targeting).
• Collaborate with Tech Lead, Suite Lead, and development teams to align priorities and delivery.
• Monitor adoption, KPIs, and engagement to inform backlog and continuous improvement.
