Qualifications

• Equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in a related field with six or more years of relevant experience.
• Experience coaching or training and implementing IP-CANS/CFT models in public child welfare.
• Strong knowledge of IP-CANS and CFT/CFTM frameworks and their practical applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide CWDS consultation and guidance to counties and external partners.
• Lead / support training initiatives aligned with IP-CANS and CFT/CFTM.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and manage program development and evaluation tasks.
