Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is seeking a CW Analyst in Salt Lake City, UT for a 6-month assignment. You will own the onboarding process for various clients and products, coordinating with Sales and clients to manage priorities and timelines.

Responsibilities include negotiating trading agreements (ISDA, MRA, CDEA, MSFTA), and ensuring AML/KYC and regulatory requirements are met. Strong communication and multitasking will drive success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years client service or financial institution experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and client-service mindset.
• General understanding of onboarding, KYC, regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the onboarding process for clients and products.
• Coordinate with sales, clients, and internal teams to manage priorities.
• Negotiate trading agreements (ISDA, MRA, CDEA, MSFTA) as needed.
• Develop knowledge of AML, KYC, and entity alignment requirements.
• Ensure deadlines are met for fund launches and trade dates.
• Provide high-quality client service during onboarding.
• Support policy changes and process improvements.
