Job summary

Goldman Sachs Bank AG is seeking an Associate in Global Banking & Markets for Salt Lake City to support client onboarding and configuration. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure risk controls, regulatory adherence and efficient account setup for institutional clients.

Responsibilities include coordinating front-to-back onboarding, performing due diligence, and maintaining data quality while supporting trading relationships and client maintenance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics or a related field; two years’ experience required.
• Experience building relationships with external and internal clients to understand trading needs; manage multiple projects with global teams.
• At least one year of experience analyzing large data sets (10,000+ lines) and deriving actionable insights; familiarity with self-service tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, data warehousing or RPA.

Responsibilities

• Engage in client service and relationship support, risk management and regulatory adherence.
• Oversee client onboarding workflow, ensure controls to mitigate risk and enable accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with compliance and engineering teams to implement policy controls and system enhancements.
