Qualifications

• Graduated from a school of nursing (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
• RN license required in hiring state or compact licensure.
• Six months OR experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or completed within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care per Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care with surgical team and other departments.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of information.
