Mercy is seeking a registered nurse to provide patient care using the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing process. You will coordinate patient care with the surgical team and collaborate with other departments while upholding patient rights and confidentiality.

The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program and an active RN license in Missouri or a compact state. Six months OR experience and BLS with potential additional certifications may be required based on unit

Qualificações

• Graduated from a nursing program (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Six months OR experience; proficient in Level I requirements.
• Basic Life Support certification or completion within 30 days of hire.
• Certifications may include ACLS/ALS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, BLS, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., C-EFM, or unit-specific certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient care using the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care with the surgical team in collaboration with other departments.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
• Perform duties in alignment with Mercy mission, values, and Service Standards.
