Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is seeking an experienced RN First Assistant to provide patient‑family centered perioperative care across the OR and related areas. You will serve as an RN first assistant during procedures and, when needed, as an RN circulator, ensuring safety and quality throughout the perioperative continuum.

Requirements include RN licensure in Georgia, completion of an AORN‑RN First Assistant program, CNOR/CRNFA if applicable, and BCLS/ACLS/PALS credentials.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nursing program and completion of an AORN‑RN First Assistant program.
• RN first assistant scope of practice and perioperative competencies.
• Experience as RN or Surgical Tech in CVOR may be required for CVOR work.

Responsabilités

• Deliver safe, effective, patient‑family centered perioperative care.
• Serve as RN first assistant during operative and invasive procedures and as RN circulator as needed.
• Maintain credentials, privileges, experience and competency verifications.
