Job summary

Mercy Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) is seeking an experienced RN to join a Level I STEMI and Trauma Center team. This salaried position supports open heart, vascular, and robotic procedures, collaborating with cardiothoracic and vascular surgeons across six operating rooms including a hybrid OR.

You will provide patient care per the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework, ensuring confidentiality and coordination with the surgical team.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited school.
• Current RN license in the State of Missouri.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care within the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care with surgical teams and other departments.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
• Support cardiothoracic and vascular surgeries in a high-volume CVOR.
