Mercy Cardiovascular Operating Room is seeking experienced CVOR RNs to join a Level I STEMI and Trauma Center team in St. Louis. The role involves on-call night shifts, integration with Cardiothoracic and Vascular surgery teams, and offering a comprehensive benefits package from day one.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited school.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Missouri.
• BLS certification required.
• On-call night shift requirements: 7pm–7am (3x12s) or 9pm–7am (4x10s).

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using Mercy’s Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care with the surgical team in collaboration with other departments.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
• Uphold Mercy Service Standards in daily practice.

RN II- On Call Nights, 7pm-7am (3 x12's) or 9pm-7am (4 x 10's)

Salaried RN Position!

Join Mercy's Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) team at a Level I STEMI and Trauma Center.

Mercy's CVOR provides advanced surgical care for adult patients across six operating rooms, including a hybrid OR and a peripheral vascular lab. Nurses on this team support both Cardiothoracic Surgery and Vascular Surgery, working alongside highly specialized surgeons performing:

• Open heart and vascular procedures
• Minimally invasive surgeries
• Robotic cardiothoracic procedures
• Vascular interventions and complex vascular surgeries

Qualifications:

Required Education:

• Nursing degree from an accredited school

License:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Missouri

Certifications:

• BLS required
