Job summary

Mercy is seeking a CVOR Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiovascular Operating Room team in a full-time evening shift with call required. We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus and opportunities to work in a Level I STEMI and Trauma Center.

The CVOR team provides advanced surgical care for adults across six ORs, including a hybrid OR and a peripheral vascular lab, supporting Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery.

Qualifications

• One year of RN experience preferred.
• Nursing degree from an accredited school.
• Current Missouri RN license.
• BLS certification required.

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains professional accountability for patient care provided.

Join Mercy's Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) team at a Level I STEMI and Trauma Center.

Mercy's CVOR provides advanced surgical care for adult patients across six operating rooms, including a hybrid OR and a peripheral vascular lab. Nurses on this team support both Cardiothoracic Surgery and Vascular Surgery, working alongside highly specialized surgeons performing:

• Open heart and vascular procedures

• Minimally invasive surgeries

• Robotic cardiothoracic procedures

• Vascular interventions and complex vascular surgeries

Qualifications

Required:

• Strongly prefer one year of RN experience

• Nursing degree from an accredited school

• Current Missouri RN license

• BLS certification
