Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a seasoned Project Manager for NASO to oversee engineering services supporting U.S. Navy carriers. Location: Brementon, WA, with DoD Secret clearance. Role involves leading HM&E and aviation systems work, coordinating inspections, and guiding maintenance planning and repairs.

You will manage teams, liaise with ship’s force, and develop training packages and work plans, contributing to sustainment of naval platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of seven years’ experience in related engineering management field, or Associates Degree with fourteen (14) years’ experience in related engineering management field.
• Active DoD security clearance is required.
• Five years’ supervisory experience in technical assistance, maintenance, or design related to Navy Aircraft Carriers/surface ships.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams providing technical guidance to Ship's Force on HM&E and aviation systems.
• Oversee inspections, analyses, repairs, and maintenance planning for naval propulsion and related systems.
• Coordinate with ship’s reactor department prior to inspections, testing, and production work.
• Manage teams performing fault identification and support Ship's Force with repairs.
• Provide technical support and advice on operation, overhaul, and repair of naval equipment.
• Develop FWPs/CWPs and train Ship’s Force on on-board procedures.
