Job Juncture seeks a CVICU Registered Nurse to join a dedicated night-shift team in Great Falls, Montana. This full-time, on-site role offers advanced cardiovascular critical care, strong nurse-to-patient ratios, and a supportive work culture.

You'll work three 12-hour nights per week (7:00 PM–7:30 AM), manage complex cardiac patients and life-support equipment, and participate in evidence-based discharge planning while enjoying a robust benefits package and a $25,000 retention bonus for

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN required; BSN preferred).
• Active Montana RN licensure or immediate compact/endorsement eligibility.
• BLS and ACLS required; PALS within 6 months of hire; EPNC/TNCC preferred.
• 1–2 years cardiac ICU/CCU experience; post-graduate ICU experience.
• Retention bonus of $25,000 available for external candidates.
• Three 12-hour night shifts per week (3x12s).
• Strong nurse-to-patient ratios and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct cardiovascular ICU care from admission to discharge.
• Operate advanced cardiac and life-support equipment including CRRT.
• Collaborate with Providers, Charge Nurses, and nurse leadership on care plans.
• Maintain meticulous electronic documentation of status and outcomes.
