Kace Premier Medical Talent seeks a Registered Nurse for the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) in Great Falls, Montana. This full-time night-shift role offers three 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) and the chance to care for critically ill cardiac, vascular, and surgical patients with excellent staffing ratios and access to modern technology.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active Montana RN license (or eligibility).
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• PALS certification within six months of hire.
• Recent ICU or Critical Care experience with cardiovascular surgery patients.
• 1–2 years of Cardiac Surgical ICU experience.
• Experience with Impella devices, CRRT, and balloon pumps.
• EPNC and TNCC certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care for critically ill cardiovascular and surgical patients.
• Manage ventilators, CRRT, central lines, arterial lines, and multiple IV infusions.
• Monitor patients with advanced cardiac assist devices, including Impella pumps and IABPs.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and rapidly respond to clinical changes.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Assist with mentoring and supporting fellow nursing staff.
• Maintain complete and accurate electronic medical records.
• Promote a safe, patient-centered care environment.

Shift: Nights | 3 x 12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $115,000–$125,000 annually
• $25,000 Retention Bonus (external candidates)
