Job summary

Ashton North LLC in Great Falls, MT is seeking a CVICU Registered Nurse to join our night-shift clinical team. You will provide direct critical care to cardiovascular patients in an inpatient CVICU setting.

The role is full-time and on-site, with nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) and a 3x12-hour schedule, under strong nurse-to-patient ratios and supportive leadership. A $25,000 retention bonus is offered for external candidates, along with robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN licensure in MT or compact license.
• BLS/ACLS required; PALS within 6 months; TNCC/PALS preferred.
• 1–2 years cardiac surgery ICU experience preferred.
• Experience with CRRT, IABP, and Impella is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical care to CVICU patients from admission to discharge.
• Operate advanced cardio-pulmonary equipment and life-support devices.
• Lead floor team and collaborate with providers and charge nurses.
• Document status and outcomes accurately in electronic records.
