ExcelliSearch, Inc. is assisting a regional health system in recruiting a CVICU Registered Nurse for night shift in Great Falls, Montana.

This full-time, on-site position offers a 3x12-hour night rotation (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) with a compensation range of $115,000 to $125,000 and strong emphasis on teamwork and patient safety. You will deliver advanced cardiovascular critical care, operate life-support equipment, collaborate with Providers and nursing staff, and maintain precise electronic

Qualificações

• RN license in Montana; compact/endorsement eligible.
• BLS and ACLS required; PALS within 6 months; TNCC/PALS preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct clinical care for cardiovascular, medical, and surgical patients.
• Operate cardiac life-support equipment incl CRRT, ventilators, arterial lines.
• Monitor patients and manage IABP/Impella devices.
• Lead floor team and collaborate with providers and charge nurses.
