SteveRecruiter, LLC is seeking a CVICU Registered Nurse (RN) for the nights shift in Great Falls, Montana. This full-time, on-site role emphasizes exceptional nurse-to-patient ratios and a supportive culture within the inpatient CVICU setting.

The role requires MT RN licensure, BLS/ACLS, and recent cardiovascular ICU experience. Compensation ranges from $115,000 to $125,000 annually, with a retention bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualificações

• Graduate of accredited nursing program; RN licensure in MT or compact.
• ACLS/BLS certification required; PALS within 6 months.
• 1–2 years of Cardiac ICU/ICU experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct clinical care to CVICU patients from admission to discharge.
• Operate advanced cardiac and life-support equipment (ventilators, CRRT).
• Monitor patients with cardiac devices (IABP, Impella).
• Lead on-floor clinical direction and teamwork.
• Collaborate with providers and nurse leadership on care plans.
• Maintain timely electronic documentation.
