Job summary

Saint Cyr Partners is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) in Great Falls, MT. The role features 3x12s daytime shifts on-site with strong nurse-to-patient ratios and a focus on advanced cardiovascular care.

The candidate will provide direct clinical care, operate critical devices, and lead a clinical team. Montana RN licensure and BLS/ACLS are required; PALS within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; ADN required, BSN preferred.
• Active, unrestricted RN licensure in Montana or compact/endorsement eligibility.
• Core certifications: BLS and ACLS; PALS must be obtained within 6 months.
• Post-graduate ICU/CCU experience with cardiovascular surgery patients.
• Hands-on with Impella pumps, balloon pumps and CRRT is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct, high-quality clinical care for cardio, medical and surgical patients requiring advanced monitoring.
• Operate and monitor cardiac and life-support equipment including ventilators and CRRT.
• Manage arterial lines, central lines and titration IV pumps.
• Provide clinical floor leadership and guidance to nursing staff and aides.
• Collaborate with providers and nurse leadership to implement care plans and discharge planning.
• Maintain meticulous electronic documentation of patient status and outcomes.
