Job summary

Talent With Heart is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) in Great Falls, MT. This full-time, on-site role features 3x12-hour day shifts, a strong nurse-to-patient ratio, and a competitive benefits package.

Qualified candidates will possess an ADN (BSN preferred), MT RN license (or compact), BLS/ACLS (PALS within 6 months of hire), and Cardiovascular ICU experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN required; BSN preferred).
• Active, unrestricted RN licensure in Montana (or compact/endorsement eligibility).
• Core certifications: BLS and ACLS; PALS within 6 months of hire; EPNC/TNCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality direct clinical care to medical, surgical, and cardiovascular patients with advanced monitoring.
• Operate and monitor cardiac and life-support equipment (ventilators, central/arterial lines, IV pumps, CRRT).
• Manage patients using cardiac assist devices (IABP, Impella).
• Serve as clinical floor leader, guiding RNs, LPNs, CNAs and staff.
• Collaborate with Providers and nurse leadership on discharge planning and care plans.
• Maintain meticulous electronic documentation of status and outcomes.
