Workforce Recruiter in Great Falls, MT is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU). This full-time, on-site role features 3x12s days and a supportive team focused on high-quality cardiovascular care and patient safety.

You will care for complex cardiac patients, operate advanced life-support equipment, and collaborate with providers and ICU staff. Eligible candidates hold an ADN, Montana RN license, BLS/ACLS; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN required; BSN preferred).
• Active, unrestricted RN license in Montana (or compact/endorsement eligibility).
• Core certifications: BLS and ACLS; PALS within 6 months of hire; EPNC and TNCC preferred.
• 1–2 years post-graduate ICU/Critical Care experience with cardiovascular surgery patients preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct clinical care to medical, surgical, and cardiovascular patients with advanced monitoring.
• Operate cardiac/life-support equipment (ventilators, central/arterial lines, titration pumps, CRRT).
• Manage patients with cardiac devices (IABP, Impella).
• Lead floor interactions and support RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and staff.
• Collaborate with providers and nurse leadership on evidence-based care and discharge planning.
• Document patient status and outcomes accurately in electronic records.
