United Future partners with a premier Montana hospital to recruit a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) in Great Falls. You will deliver direct clinical care to cardiac surgery patients and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure excellence in patient outcomes.

The role features 3x12-hour shifts, day schedules, and a strong nurse-to-patient ratio designed to prevent burnout while maximizing safety.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN required; BSN preferred).
• Active, unrestricted RN licensure in Montana or eligible for compact/endorsement.
• BLS and ACLS required; PALS within 6 months; ENPC/TNCC preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality clinical care to medical, surgical, and cardiovascular patients requiring advanced monitoring.
• Operate advanced cardiac/life-support equipment (ventilators, lines, IV pumps, CRRT).
• Monitor patients with cardiac assist devices (IABP, Impella).
• Serve as clinical floor leader, guiding RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and staff.
• Collaborate with Providers and nurse leadership on care plans and discharge planning.
• Maintain meticulous electronic documentation of patient status and outcomes.
