Qualifications

• Education: ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Montana RN license active/unrestricted.
• BLS and ACLS required; PALS within 6 months; EPNC/TNCC preferred.
• 1–2 years CSC ICU/Cardiac surgical ICU experience.
• Strong clinical judgment and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, direct clinical care to medical, surgical, and cardiovascular patients.
• Operate advanced cardiac and life-support equipment.
• Monitor patients with devices such as IABP and Impella.
• Serve as a clinical floor leader and collaborate with RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and staff.
• Collaborate with Providers and nurse leadership on evidence-based care plans and discharge planning.
• Maintain meticulous electronic documentation of patient status and outcomes.
