You will provide high-level cardiovascular and critical care nursing on a 3x12 night schedule (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) with a compensated annual salary of $115,000 to $125,000, full benefits including
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN licensure.
- Active Montana RN license or immediate compact/endorsement eligibility.
- BLS and ACLS required; PALS within 6 months of hire.
- 1–2 years of Cardiac ICU/ CVICU experience preferred.
- Experience with CRRT and advanced cardiac devices is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct clinical care to CVICU patients from admission to discharge.
- Operate ventilators, CRRT, and arterial/central lines.
- Monitor patients on IABP and Impella devices.
- Serve as a clinical leader, guiding RNs, LPNs, CNAs and staff.
- Collaborate with Providers for evidence-based care and discharge planning.
- Maintain timely electronic documentation of patient status and outcomes.
