Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a CVICU Registered Nurse (RN) for night shifts in Great Falls, MT. This inpatient role requires expertise in cardiovascular intensive care with emphasis on patient safety and excellent nurse-to-patient ratios.
The ideal candidate will have ADN or BSN, Montana RN licensure (or compact), BLS/ACLS, and ICU/Cardiac experience. Compensation is competitive with full benefits and on-site work. Night schedule provides four days off weekly.
Qualifikationen
- Education requirements include ADN; BSN preferred.
- Active Montana RN license or compact eligibility.
- BLS and ACLS required; PALS within 6 months; TNCC/PALS preferred.
- Post-graduate ICU/CCU experience with cardiovascular surgery.
- Experience with Impella, balloon pumps and CRRT preferred.
Aufgaben
- Provide direct clinical care to CVICU patients including cardiac, medical and surgical cases.
- Operate advanced cardiac and life-support equipment (ventilators, lines, IV pumps, CRRT).
- Monitor patients with devices like IABP and Impella pumps.
- Serve as clinical floor leader, guiding RNs, LPNs, CNAs and staff.
- Collaborate with Providers and nurse leadership for discharge planning.
- Maintain timely electronic documentation of patient status and outcomes.
