Job summary

6 Degrees Search is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) on the night shift in Great Falls, MT. This full-time, on-site role offers a $115,000–$125,000 compensation range and a three 12-hour night shift schedule (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN required; BSN preferred).
• Active Montana RN license or eligibility for compact/endorsement.
• Core certifications in BLS and ACLS are required; PALS within 6 months; EPNC and TNCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical care for cardiovascular surgery patients in CVICU from admission to discharge.
• Operate advanced cardiac and life-support equipment (ventilators, central lines, arterial lines, CRRT).
• Monitor patients with IABP or Impella devices and ensure patient safety.
• Lead clinical team on the floor and collaborate with Providers and nurse leadership on care plans.
