Responsibilities

• Greet and orient newly admitted and transferred patients in person.
• Respond to patient call lights and make rounds.
• Assist with processing patient admissions, transfers and discharges.
• Assist patients and families with wayfinding and direct to resources.
• Assemble and maintain patient records and related documents.
• Support unit clerical functions and troubleshoot equipment failures.
