Responsibilities

• Screen visitors to the appropriate location ensuring security; ensure visitors sign in and wear a visitor’s pass.
• Provide daily coverage for admissions coordinator during breaks and other times; route calls and perform overhead paging.
• Assist with tours of the facility when requested by customers.
• Obtain wheelchairs for patients.
• Report unusual behavior in lobby/parking areas to facilities/nursing as needed.
• Postmark outgoing mail and distribute incoming mail.
• Log all incoming job applications.
