Mercy in Rogers, AR seeks a registered nurse to provide direct patient care in surgical environments, focusing on cardiac, electrophysiology, and related specialties. The role requires coordination with physicians and lab teams to ensure patient safety and readiness of equipment.

Provides direct patient care to all patient populations; excluding pediatrics. Addresses the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care related to the surgical environment. Communicates with the physician continuously and as needed about patient condition. Assists with the maintenance of equipment and inventory. Assesses procedure room for equipment functioning and readiness. Obtains supplies for individual cases and ensures all appropriate needs of the EP, Specials, and Cardiac Cath Lab team are met. Monitors, positions and assists patient during procedure. Participates in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Registered Nurse, BSN preferred but not required.
Licensure: Arkansas Registered Nurse
Experience: Minimum of 3 years fast paced cardiac, specials, and electrophysiology experience.
Certifications: ACLS, CPR
