Mercy is seeking an experienced registered nurse in Fayetteville, AR, to provide direct patient care in a fast-paced cardiac and electrophysiology setting. You will collaborate with physicians, monitor patient status during procedures and ensure equipment readiness.

Requirements include active Arkansas RN licensure, 3+ years of cardiac/EP experience, and ACLS/CPR certification. Mercy offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities in a supportive team environment.

Provides direct patient care to all patient populations; excluding pediatrics. Addresses the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care related to the surgical environment. Communicates with the physician continuously and as needed about patient condition. Assists with the maintenance of equipment and inventory. Assesses procedure room for equipment functioning and readiness. Obtains supplies for individual cases and ensures all appropriate needs of the EP, Specials, and Cardiac Cath Lab team are met. Monitors, positions and assists patient during procedure. Participates in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities.

Position Details:

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Registered Nurse, BSN preferred but not required.


• Licensure: Arkansas Registered Nurse


• Experience: Minimum of 3 years fast paced cardiac, specials, and electrophysiology experience.


• Certifications: ACLS, CPR
