Buckland is seeking a Customs Post Entry Team Leader to coordinate documentation and entry summaries to ensure shipments comply with US regulations. The role requires strong organization, CCS certification, and leadership of 5–10 staff, with travel to other locations as needed.

The position emphasizes excellent communication with team leaders, supervisors, and the US Operations Manager, while maintaining high service levels for customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Post Entry submissions (e.g., PSC, 520d, Protests) and related payments.
• Provide prompt, professional responses to inquiries and keep staff updated on customer requests.
• Maintain and update customer product databases as needed.
• Suggest operational improvements and help implement changes.
