Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years customs brokerage, regulatory, consulting or similar professional services required.
• US Customs Broker’s License must be maintained yearly.
• Strong knowledge of US Customs Section 232 and 301 tariffs and exclusions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the filing of regulatory submissions including PSC’s and Protests.
• Monitor and address responses to Requests for Information and Notices of Action.
• Develop people and their understanding of all regulatory matters.
• Establish benchmarks for audit to ensure compliance.
