Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with customs regulations.
• Obtain documents to support claims or disclaims.
• Ensure timely payment of duties and taxes.
• Maintain documents under 19 CFR 163.
• Monitor clearance and resolve delays.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients on issues.
• Keep knowledge of customs procedures up to date.
• Attend trainings and support compliance policies.
