Job summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking an onsite Phoenix-based team member to coordinate U.S. customs documentation for imports and deliver excellent customer service. You will classify goods for customs release, enter data, and process related import paperwork for submission to U.S.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• One year of experience using computer systems and data entry.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate documentation required by US Customs for entry of goods.
• Provide impeccable customer service.
• Obtain correct classification of goods for customs release.
• Enter data and process import-related documentation for submission to US Customs.
• Maintain shipment documentation in compliance with record keeping requirements.
• Adhere to all international importing regulations.
• Collaborate with internal staff to deliver high level of service.
• Process agency brokerage shipments.
• Follow all government and organizational policies.
