Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate documentation required by US Customs/Government Agencies for entry of goods.
• Provide impeccable customer service.
• Obtain correct classification of goods for customs release from databases and tariff sources.
• Data entry and processing of import documentation for US Customs submission.
• Maintain and keep current shipment documentation in compliance with recordkeeping requirements.
• Adhere to all international importing/exporting regulations.
• Work with internal staff, carriers, brokers, government agencies, and customers to deliver high service.
• Process agency brokerage shipments; may handle remote filings.
• Ensure all policies are followed; perform other duties as assigned.
