Job summary

Livingston International is seeking a Training Trainer to deliver and implement customs brokerage training for staff at National Service Center and Client Service Centers across North America. You will design, develop, and deliver technical programs, evaluate outcomes, and collaborate with business leaders to identify learning needs.

Candidates should have 3+ years in trade compliance or brokerage support, an associate degree or higher, and progress toward CCS certification.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related experience.
• Associates degree or post-secondary education preferred.
• Working towards/completed CCS designation or CCS exam mandatory for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Work with business leaders to determine training needs.
• Proactively use metrics to determine regional training needs.
• Assist with design and development of technical training programs and job aids.
• Deliver technical training programs to National Service Center and region employees including new hires.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the training and report findings.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
• Adhere to established policies and procedures.
