Job summary

Carvana is seeking enthusiastic Customer Advocates in Omaha, NE with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to help deliver happiness in the car-buying journey.

Shift hours are 7am-5pm or 11am-9pm, with 7-day coverage and rotating days off; starting pay is $18 per hour with opportunities to grow to $20+ per hour through performance-based programs and merit increases. The role includes vehicle delivery and thorough customer documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors and assist with related paperwork.
• Load/unload vehicles onto the car hauler and inspect equipment for safety.
• Complete customer paperwork and maintain thorough notes in tracking system.
• Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per company policy.
