Job summary

Carvana is seeking energetic Customer Advocates in Omaha, NE with 2+ years of customer-facing experience to join our expanding team. You will help deliver happiness by guiding customers through the car-buying process and supporting the driver-driven hauler operations.

Shifts are 7 days a week with 7am-5pm, 9am-7pm, or 11am-9pm starts. Starting pay is $18 per hour, with a clear path to $20 depending on performance and tenure, plus comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Willing to work a 7-day schedule with rotating days off.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors using our car haulers.
• Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect for safe operation.
• Complete customer paperwork and add thorough notes in our tracking system.
• Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per policy.
• Meet state-specific DMV/title and registration requirements.
