Job summary

Mimecast seeks a Customer Value Manager in a hybrid role based in Lexington, MA. You will own platform adoption and health for a named portfolio, translating security capabilities into measurable business value and driving customer outcomes.

You’ll collaborate with Account and Renewals teams, engage with CISOs and executives, and guide customers toward higher HRM and protection maturity while enabling renewal and expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a portfolio of mid-market/enterprise accounts.
• Ability to translate security architecture into business value.
• Strong engagement with executives, CISOs, and legal/compliance teams.
• Familiarity with email security architecture and related platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own platform adoption, activation, and health across Mimecast portfolio.
• Build trusted relationships with technical and executive stakeholders.
• Lead technical recovery plans and discuss value in executive meetings.
• Identify churn risk and coordinate with account managers on expansion.
