• Experience engaging executives and CISOs with technical conversations translated into business value.

Responsibilities

• Own platform adoption and health across Mimecast products.
• Drive adoption metrics and value narratives in business reviews and executive meetings.
• Build relationships with technical and executive stakeholders to translate security architecture into business value.
• Identify churn risk and assist renewal and expansion activities.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.
