Job summary

Mimecast Limited in Lexington, MA is seeking a Customer Value Manager to drive adoption and value across a portfolio of named mid-market accounts. You will partner with an Account Manager and Renewals Manager in a small pod, acting as a trusted technical advisor to translate security architecture into business outcomes.

The role emphasizes ownership of platform adoption, health metrics, and collaboration with C-level and legal teams.

Qualifications

Experience managing a portfolio of mid-market or enterprise accounts.
Strong knowledge of email security architecture and related platforms.
Ability to communicate with C-level executives and legal/compliance teams.
Experience using Salesforce to manage account activity and opportunities.

Responsibilities

Own platform adoption, activation, utilization, and health across Mimecast products.
Advance HRM maturity by linking behavior data to outcomes.
Track adoption depth, feature usage, deployment health, and renewal risk.
Prepare technical briefings and lead value narratives in reviews and executive meetings.
Build trusted relationships with technical and executive stakeholders.
Identify churn risk 90 days before renewal and support retention outcomes.
Spot expansion signals and brief Account Manager.
Manage critical escalations with Support Engineering.
Support Sponsor Program by briefing Mimecast sponsors before engagements.
Use data and AI insights to prioritize work and deliver value conversations.
