Job summary

Wolters Kluwer seeks an experienced Customer Trust & Assurance IT Security Manager to shape how we engage with customers on security, privacy, and compliance. You will lead responses to security inquiries and influence internal priorities with customer insights.

You will collaborate across engineering, product, sales, and legal to strengthen trust, ensure consistency, and enable growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, MIS or similar.
• At least 10+ years in cybersecurity or information security with broad domain exposure.
• Proven ability to translate complex regulatory concepts into clear messaging for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the review and response to customer security inquiries, ensuring accuracy and alignment with certifications and policies.
• Provide leadership to elevate security representation across the organization and drive continuous improvement.
