Job summary

Harvey is seeking a Customer Trust leader to drive secure, trusted client engagements across enterprise accounts. You will work with the GTM, Product Security, Legal, and AI teams to address security inquiries and shape the Trust Center.

The role focuses on building automation, improving response quality, and supporting complex security discussions with customers, enabling faster, more confident deals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Information Security, Customer Trust, Technical Program Management, or Security Consulting.
• Audit Experience with complex compliance frameworks.
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
• 1-2+ years of AI/automation experience to drive program efficiencies.
• Strong analytical skills with metrics and dashboards.
• Comfort with ambiguity and calm decisiveness under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical point of contact for GTM team and customers regarding security questions.
• Use AI and Harvey’s tools to improve response efficiency and accuracy.
• Establish KPIs for the Customer Trust function and report on performance.
• Manage Trust Center and develop a knowledge base for security and regulatory topics.
• Collaborate with Product Security, Legal, and GTM/Sales on security positioning and roadmaps.
