You will help translate our technical posture into clear, credible narratives that build confidence and enable growth.

You will lead the review and response to customer security inquiries—including questionnaires, assessments, and live customer discussions—ensuring responses are accurate, consistent, and aligned with our certifications, policies, and technical documentation. Beyond execution, this role plays a key leadership function in strengthening customer trust, setting standards for quality and consistency, and elevating how security is represented across the organization. You will also bring real‑world customer insights and emerging trends back into the business to help influence internal priorities and continuous improvement.

As a key contributor to our growth strategy, you will drive transparency, thought leadership, and proactive customer engagement, positioning trust and security as strategic differentiators in the market. This is an opportunity to lead at the intersection of security, trust, and business enablement—shaping outcomes, supporting revenue growth, and ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

WHY JOIN US
  • Meaningful Impact: Play a key role in shaping our customer trust strategy, directly supporting business growth and sales outcomes by demonstrating a strong, credible commitment to security and trust.
  • Collaborative Environment: Work closely with diverse teams across the organization—from engineering and product to sales and legal—in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative setting.
  • Thought Leadership: Represent the company externally, contributing to industry conversations and helping shape best practices in security, privacy, and trust.
  • Customer‑First Mindset: Join a team focused on enabling customers to confidently adopt and expand their use of our solutions through transparency and trust.
Job Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in computer science, information security, management information systems or similar.
  • Experience: At least 10+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity or information security, with broad, horizontal exposure across multiple security domains. Experience in customer facing roles (minimum 5 years) acting as a trusted advisor to senior security, IT, or business stakeholders.
  • Technical & Regulatory Expertise: Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, data protection, privacy, and compliance, including hands on familiarity with areas such as access control, encryption, network security, identity and access management, and incident response.
  • Strong understanding of major security and regulatory frameworks including NIST CSF, NIST 800 53, SOC 2, ISO 27001, DORA, GDPR, and related risk assessment and internal control methodologies and demonstrated success supporting and leading internal and external audits and certifications.
  • Communication & Influence: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical and regulatory concepts into clear, concise, and professional messaging for both technical and non technical audiences. Proven ability to influence, collaborate, and build strong relationships with cross functional teams, senior leadership, customers, regulators, and external stakeholders.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, including the ability to mentor, motivate, and develop team members. Strong cross functional mindset with experience working closely with engineering, legal, compliance, risk, and sales teams.
  • Analytical & Execution Skills: Highly analytical with strong problem solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret regulatory requirements and assess their impact on business objectives. Proven capability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, meet deadlines, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Program & Project Management: Experience leading or contributing to security, compliance, or trust related programs, with solid project and program management skills to plan, prioritize, and execute initiatives effectively.
Preferred Qualification

  • Strong business acumen and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, AIGP, AAISM, or equivalent.
