Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Information Security, Customer Trust, Technical Program Management, or related consulting.
• Experience with audit/compliance (SOC2, ISO 27001) and communicating controls to customers.
• Strong customer-facing and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical contact for GTM and customers on security questions.
• Lead AI-powered automation to improve response speed and accuracy.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards to measure team impact and trust-related outcomes.
• Manage the Trust Center and develop knowledge resources for GTM teams.
• Collaborate with Product Security, Legal, and GTM/Sales on security positioning.
