Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately per bank policies and procedures
• Detect fraudulent activity and ensure security of customer accounts
• Promote bank products and services to customers
• Balance teller drawer accurately on a daily basis
• Provide courteous customer assistance and issue resolution
• Perform additional duties like check orders, debit card setups, and account changes
• Handle mail returns, references, stop payments, and monthly reports
• Log and manage customer complaints/requests and follow up
• Assist other ASR duties and cover other locations as needed
• Train new staff or existing employees when required
• Support day-end tasks and office duties as needed
• Maintain professionalism when answering phones and assisting in person
