Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing with verification of customer identity and available funds.
• Balance cash drawer within established guidelines and ensure accuracy.
• Assist customers with routine inquiries and concerns; escalate as needed.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options.
