• Attend teller and product training; initial 5–7 day training with potential overnight travel; company covers travel expenses.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a welcoming and professional first point of contact for customers entering the branch.
• Process routine financial transactions with accuracy; deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing with identity verification.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and guide towards self-service options.
• Direct customers to appropriate team members for additional services or solutions.
• Support lobby management; assist with customer flow and answer calls professionally.
• Maintain cash drawer balance and protect customer information; adhere to security and compliance standards.
• Travel to other branches as needed to support branch operations.
